OUR SERVICES
Effective construction project management and cost control services during both the precontract and post-contract phases, including design and technical quality as well as health and safety.
Full turn key design and build solution based on a detailed client brief. Provision of feasibility studies and concept development including building surveys, floor plans and full working drawings.
Provision of CAT A Fit Out works for the landlord, including: raised access floors and suspended ceilings, floor coverings, basic mechanical and electrical services, basic fire detection/ protection services and internal surface finishes.
Provision of CAT B Fit Out works for the tenant, including: installation of offices, partitions, door and floor finishes, meeting and conference rooms, breakout and reception areas, provision of IT & AV equipment, branding (including signage), manifestations and office relocation.
