ROB BRENNAN
With 20+ years’ experience in the construction industry, Rob set up Connect Construct to assist domestic and foreign direct investment companies setting up their offices in Ireland. Connect provides a full ‘Turnkey Solution Consultancy’ for tenants who wish to relocate to new offices or refurbish their existing office. He has a BSc in Management and MSc in Planning & Development from DIT.
IVAN LOZA
Ivan Connected in 2016. He has a B.A. in Urban Economics from Trinity, MSc in Management from UCD and is currently working towards a MSc in Construction Economics. Ivan is responsible for project delivery and cost control for numerous projects running concurrently. Working alongside the design team and completing the projects comprising of between 2,500sqft to 100,000sqft over single to multiple floor levels mainly in Dublin city centre.
DIMITRI CUSNIR
Dimitri Connected in 2018. He has a B.Arch in Architecture from DIT and is currently completing a Professional Diploma in Architectural Practice. With experience in all stages of a Design and Build project, Dimitri combines the creativity of a designer with the pragmatism of a project manager. His up to date experience has equipped him with the ability to intercept design flaws in the context of constructability.
PADRAIG COSTELLO
Padraig connected in 2021.He has a BSc in Construction Management from Coventry University. Padraig has over 20 years experience in the construction industry working on high end projects with tier one main contractors. He has worked on several multi million euro award winning projects in Dublin and London. Padraig is responsible for project delivery from pre-construction through to handover stage. His core expertise is in planning and coordinating projects while building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
ALLAN O'ROURKE
Allan connected in 2021. With a BSc Hons in Property Management from University of South Wales and an MSc in Strategic Facilities from DIT, he has over 18 years’ experience successfully managing and representing numerous high-end clients as well as managing a mixed property portfolio of 800,000 sq. Ft. He is customer focused, always striving to provide quality services to clients to suit all workspace requirements.
MARTIN REDMOND
Martin connected in 2021. He has 25 years in the construction sector ranging from domestic, retail, and commercial. Martin has worked on office fit outs for many multinational and high-profile retail companies. With a carpentry background he prides himself on fine finishes.
SEAN WALSH
Sean Connected in 2019. He worked on a range of high end projects during his time as a site-manager with a Tier One contractor in Ireland. Sean has worked on several multi million euro projects in Dublin and worked on some of its most iconic buildings. He also has international experience from his time he spent in Australia.
CIARAN WALSH
Ciaran Connected in 2020, With a B.A in Construction Management from Technology University Dublin he has quickly built up experience managing a diverse variety of projects from large scale educational institutions to high-end multimillion dollar properties in Los Angeles. Constantly striving for perfection he will continue to grow and produce top quality finishes while creating lasting relationships with clients and staff.
IARA GOMES
Iara Connected in 2020. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning and a MAs in BIM Management. Iara acquired most of her experience in Brazil, working in different stages of architectural projects including planning permission, construction drawings and interior design. She currently works developing 3D Graphics, technical drawings and feasibility studies.
